6-week Weight Loss Plan

This plan was created by Susan Torborg, B.S., Exercise Science. My roll will be connecting you to one of her Getting Started introductory webinars, helping you purchase the right tools for you and providing you membership in the private Facebook group were you can get support from the other 12,000+ members, and access recipes and other useful files. Additionally, I will be your personal accountability partner, checking in with you daily, reminding you of weigh-in days, and answering any questions about the special "tools" and how to use them.

Training & Qualifications
I am an licensed occupational therapist, so I am qualified to help people address daily lifestyle needs and assist in problem solving the changes needed to be most successful with their daily routines. I've lost 35 pounds in three months through this weight loss program myself and have found it very helpful and very realistic for my busy lifestyle.
